Review, Commitment & Curative Work

The title commitment is issued reflecting the results of our examination. Where issues are identified, we take a proactive approach — resolving them before they become obstacles at closing.

  • Curative work initiated and tracked to resolution
  • Coordination with counsel, lenders, and sellers as needed

Pre-Closing Coordination

All parties, documents, and funds are aligned before the closing date arrives. This stage is where most closings succeed or fail — and where our coordination process creates the most measurable value.
